Choice of colors to highlight your products
Colors play an important role in the composition and quality of photos. Some colors are preferable, while others should be avoided. They can be used as a guideline, to add dynamism to your shots, to highlight products, or to create depth.
Complementary colors
Use complementary colors to draw your viewer's eye. Two colors are said to be complementary when they enhance and accentuate each other. The first color helps the second stand out in the image, and vice versa. For example, blue will appear more contrasted and luminous when paired with yellow/orange, and red will be more vibrant with green. Complementary colors allow you to highlight the subject of your photo without having to add accessories or unnecessary elements.

Bright colors
Bright colors add dynamism to your photos. Opt for pure colors, such as red, yellow, green, or blue. Each color has a specific meaning. For example, red will give passion to the image, yellow warmth, orange vitality, and blue confidence. If your subject is a light color like beige, white, or gray, remember to use sufficient lighting to highlight it, and add a few touches of bright colors or a vibrant background so that your photo isn't bland and depressing.
Soft colors are recommended.
Opt for soft colors instead of garish ones, which will make your photo aggressive and affect image quality. Avoid overly bright colors, such as bright pink, fluorescent yellow, or bright orange. However, if these colors are well combined with complementary colors, it could create an interesting effect!
Choosing the right backdrop for your photos is crucial. Each color should be prioritized based on the desired mood and perception of the image. Opt for a colorful background to add vibrancy to a product with a more muted color scheme, and conversely, use a more neutral backdrop to balance the colors and tones.
